If you still have not received your order, PLEASE contact us and we will make sure that you have the correct tracking number so you can track it on your end, as well. We will track it from our end and, if necessary, file a claim to find out what happened to the package.

Our shipping rates vary from product to product. We try to find the best price while at the same time keeping the integrity of the shipping in mind. We want to be sure that your valued product arrives to you just as beautiful as it was when we packaged it.
We do not ship overseas at this time but are checking into it.
